This community is about sharing knowledge and best practice, so that we can all grow much faster than we would in isolation.

Going beyond inspiration, it's about taking sustained and lifelong action.

Educational, Fun, Yet Safe
It embraces the concept that we should all be learning & having fun, yet within a safe environment. We need to be able to trust that others will be positive & constructive, not dismissive and derisory.

Creative, Innovative, Beneficial
It's also about sharing objectives, such that new joint objectives can be formed which benefit both participants and third parties. Whilst we hope to be inspirational, we also aim to support different means of making change and growth happen.

Why Flying Geese ?
Some of us already understand that a skein of geese will often rotate the leader at the front of the V. Leading is something we may all do in our respective communities, and the Community Founders would like to encourage collaborative leadership here from Community Members.

We look forward to connecting with you and collectively energising communities within and outside this environment.
